When you book a session with Tech Made Simple, you agree to the following terms. These keep our work clear, safe, and respectful.

What I Offer

  • Patient, one-on-one technology help

  • Support for smartphones, tablets, and computers

  • Step-by-step learning at your pace

  • Online or in-person sessions (depending on location)

What I Don’t Do

  • Hardware repairs

  • Data recovery

  • Account takeover

  • Password storage

Scheduling & Cancellations

Please see the Cancellation Policy for full details.

Payments

  • Payment is due at booking unless we arrange otherwise

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable

  • Package sessions must be used within 6 months

Privacy

Your information stays private and is never shared.
Please see the Privacy Policy for more details.

Liability

I guide you through your device, but you remain responsible for the changes you choose to make.


Technology can be unpredictable, and I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Communication Expectations

I respond as soon as I reasonably can.


If you need support outside your session time, you may book additional time.
